SHIPPING COSTS/POLICIES

US based, happy to ship internationally

packages will be sent out on a regular basis/as items arrive, as i also have regular shop packages to mail out all the time. i can hold packages going internationally for as long as you may need, though there will be a cut off point.
(shipping cost is evil evil evil)if you are local to the NYC area and will be traveling to cupsleeves that i will also be at, i can bring your items! as well, if you have a piece of merch i've made that you'd like me to include in your package, just drop me a DM! you can find these on my etsy :) i may also have some stuff i haven't uploaded yet, so feel free to ask!for certain items like the custom profile title acrylic pins GO, hesti and reii have graciously offered to consolidate ordered items with their other packages! thus, such items may be shipped with what they have for you.

ORDER PROCESS

ALL PRICES IN USDprices will be listed in the description of every GO i do, but may be subject to change depending on world events/fluctuating currency rates.prices will also typically include international shipping
in the cost per piece (usually a rather small amount per item)claims will be updated on a spreadsheet as i receive them. single
claims are prioritized over sweeps, and if there are multiple
sweeps per character, items will be split proportionally.if you need to pull out of a GO/split, please let me know ASAP so i can find
someone else to take your spot.please note that i try to maximize how much gets sent to me in any international package to save on shipping, so some items may have a slightly delayed arrival from when they actually arrive to the warehouse.

PAYMENT PROCESS/METHODS

i accept payment through paypal/zelle/venmo, whatever works best for you. for paypal, friends & family is GREATLY preferred. payment for my GOs/splits will be collected whenever i myself have to pay for the items, with some buffer time.there will generally be 2 rounds of billing, with some exceptions for fringe cases:
1. right before/after i am billed for the item
2. domestic/international shipping to you,
to be determined when i have the item in handfor GOs, your items will not be purchased until they are paid for. splits will go through even if they are not completely paid for at the time of my billing.
for on-hands, payment is expected immediately (within 1-2 days) afteri'm fairly flexible, so if you run into any issues and aren't able to pay immediately, just let me know! i'm happy to accomodate. if i'm ghosted, i won't hesitate to block from any future splits, however.

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE

returns/refunds/exchanges are NOT accepted, unless1. i make a mistake, and send you the wrong items
2. the items arrive damaged to me (to be assessed by both you and me)
3. i do not receive the items you paid for in my packageif any of these items are true, i will contact you to figure out how to best move forward.

AFTER SERVICES

if the items arrive damaged to YOU but not to me, something most
likely happened in the shipping process. i always pack as securely as i can,
but inevitably there will be hiccups, as with all things operating at such a
high volume as the postal service. these situations will be evaluated on a
case by case basis, but more often than not, i may not be able to offer
any solution besides contacting the postal carrier (which you will have to do).
